Meet The Founder
Rose Sylla founded Help'em Right Home Care Agency with a vision to bring families a level of in-home care built on three values: compassion, dignity, and trust. Drawing on years of experience and a deep commitment to serving her community, Rose leads our agency with the belief that every individual deserves to age, heal, and live with the support of caregivers who treat them like family.
Under her leadership, the team continues to grow rooted in the same principles she founded the agency on: meaningful relationships, respectful care, and a genuine commitment to the families and individuals we serve across the greater Philadelphia region.
